As Corporate Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of Quantium and the heartbeat of our Sydney Head Office operations. This role combines exceptional customer service with versatile operational support — you'll create memorable first impressions, ensure seamless daily operations, and contribute across multiple functions to maintain the professional standards that reflect our values.

Working within a collaborative operations team, you'll deliver outstanding experiences for employees, clients, and visitors while flexibly supporting hospitality, office operations, security-conscious front-of-house management, and facilities coordination. How You'll Create Impact

  • Be the welcoming ambassador for Quantium, delivering exceptional service to clients, partners, candidates, and employees while embodying our brand values.
  • Orchestrate seamless visitor experiences through professional reception services, security protocols, and meeting room coordination for high-profile client engagements.
  • Flex into hospitality: Support café and barista service during peak periods, getting orders, team events, and as roster needs require - no experience required in café.
  • Maintain impeccable office environments through proactive facilities management, stock control, and kitchen operations across all floors.
  • Support business continuity by adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining service excellence across multiple operational functions.
  • Coordinate corporate gifting programs, catering services, and special events that enhance our workplace culture and client relationships.

Required experience and capabilities
  • Minimum 2 years experience in reception or customer service roles within professional services or corporate environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with visitor management systems, multi-line telephone systems, and corporate administrative processes.
  • Strong customer service orientation with ability to represent the organisation professionally to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation.
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly, including ticketing/workflow tools such as Jira.
  • Physical capability to perform various duties including lifting supplies (up to 15kg) and operating commercial equipment.
  • Flexibility to work across different operational areas as business needs require.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgement in all matters and interactions.
