Buffet Supervisor leads and directs department activity in any area as assigned according to SOP (Standard Operating Process) in order to deliver an excellent service to the Guest

Responsibilities: 

  • Regularly visit Guest at the table during service to ensure Guest satisfaction and establish a good relationship to improve service delivery
  • Assures that the assigned areas are arranged as per manual by supervising the area and controlling the Buffet set up
  • Organizes the shift schedules, controls and assigns the Staff to the directed station in order to provide speedy, courteous and professional buffet service according to Company procedures
  • Supervises cleaning, maintenance and sanitation in order to assure adherence to USPH standard and require immediate reparation of out of order equipment
  • Takes in charge or reports to the line manager Guests complaints in order to provide a fast and effective solution
  • Leads training sessions and follows up to ensure the training is achieving set goals
  • Supervises special events (i.e. beverage service on Pier, Pizzeria, generic food outlet) in order to assure adequate arrangement
  • Is responsible for and takes physical inventories of all materials and products located in the assigned area on weekly basis
  • At the end of each service fills in a report regarding the service execution and transmits it to the head of department

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 19 years old
  • Good level of English and Russian
  • Knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage ( Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)
  • At least 1 year experience in middle management position in a Restaurant with 80/100 seats.
  • Ship experience in the same position will be an advantage.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Work with international team members.
  • Tattoos are allowed (except offensive and facial)
