  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams to understand customer needs, develop compelling solutions, and successfully close opportunities.
  • Maintain strong sales discipline through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and CRM management.

For that mission you’ll need:

  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing complex, long-cycle sales opportunities.
  • Experience developing new business while growing and expanding existing strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and working effectively with channels and agents.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer and stakeholder environments.
  • The ability to quickly understand and communicate complex technology, solutions, and customer use cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within a global organization.
  • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 50% of the time.
