We are a fast-growing luxury lingerie brand serving a global customer base. As we scale aggressively through paid social—particularly Meta—we’re looking for a performance-driven Creative Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our AI-powered creative testing engine.

This is not a “post and hope” marketing role.

This is about building a data-driven, AI-enhanced system that continuously tests, optimizes, and scales winning creatives.

If you understand that great ads are engineered, iterated, and accelerated with AI — not guessed — this role is for you.

What you'll own

1. Meta Creative Testing & Scaling

  • Lead the entire creative testing process inside Meta Ads Manager
  • Launch structured, high-volume testing campaigns weekly
  • Leverage AI tools to generate, iterate, and scale creative variations
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb stop ratio, CPA, ROAS)
  • Rapidly kill underperformers and scale winners with confidence
  • Continuously refresh creative angles to avoid fatigue

2. UGC & Creator Pipeline

  • Source and recruit high-quality UGC creators
  • Write clear, performance-driven briefs
  • Manage creator deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure a steady weekly flow of fresh ad creatives

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Deliver weekly performance breakdowns with clear insights
  • Identify patterns in winning hooks, formats, and messaging
  • Turn data into actionable creative direction
  • Work directly with the Founder to align growth strategy
  • Your performance will be measured by results — not activity.

RequirementsYou Are:
  • Someone with 3–5 years in digital marketing who wants full ownership
  • Highly confident inside Meta Ads Manager
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creative output and speed
  • Obsessed with testing, iteration, and performance
  • Fast, decisive, and comfortable killing underperforming ads
You are not:
  • A social media manager who also "does ads"
  • Looking for a role where someone tells you what to test each week
Tools & Technical Requirements:

Core Tools:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Instagram & Facebook ad ecosystems
  • CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
  • Later (or similar scheduling tools)
AI & Performance Stack (Highly Preferred)
  • AI creative tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Sora, Pippit)
  • AI-powered ad testing or iteration tools

Bonus Experience With:

  • Klaviyo
  • Motion / Atria
  • Adobe Photoshop
