Role Overview:

As a Creative Strategist at Livewire, you will be responsible for developing innovative, effective, and scalable gaming marketing strategies that integrate talent, media, and in-game opportunities for global brands. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to translate client briefs into impactful campaign proposals, leveraging audience data, creative storytelling, and your deep understanding of gaming media formats and gaming creators to engage gaming communities.

This role requires an intimate knowledge of Livewire’s gaming media offerings across data, targeting, and formats. You will also be responsible for developing campaign budgets that align to business standards while maintaining creative and strategic excellence. As part of the Strategy team, you will work hands-on in the development and delivery of campaigns, collaborating with Sales, Partnerships, Research, Account Management, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

 

This role would be suited to someone with 2–4 years’ experience in strategy, planning, creative or adjacent disciplines, who is looking to deepen their exposure to gaming, creators and integrated platform-led ideas within a fast-growing business.


You’ll be curious, proactive, and comfortable learning on the job, supported by senior strategy and creative leaders, but trusted with real responsibility and room to shape your thinking over time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop world class strategic responses to RFPs, incorporating audience insights from 1st party and 3rd party insights tools
  • Have deep understanding of the gaming eco-system, cultural understanding and market trends
  • Developing highly performant media strategies that utilise the gaming eco-system to deliver against client objectives
  • Conceptualize gaming marketing activations, including live streaming, VoD, social amplification, events and in-game integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external Partnerships teams to develop gaming integrations.
  • Ensure creative ideas are innovative, scalable and effective.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, marketing executives and at industry showcases
  • Work hands-on with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Research, and Account Management, to execute campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaign proposals adhere to platform policies and media owner regulations.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented communication style in internal and client-facing interactions.
  • Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks and adjust strategies for ongoing optimization.
