We cut through the awkwardness with real talk, bold creative, and content that gets men to take action on their wellbeing.

• Leverage performance data, market trends, competitor and patient insights to create compelling content across all channels, with a focus on digital channels such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Lead the creative process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring assets are engaging and aligned with channel best practice.
• Drive A/B testing, creative iteration, and rapid experimentation to ensure a continuous learning approach.
• Regularly monitor ad performance and provide actionable insights to guide future creative.
• Collaborate with content creators, producers, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality work that grows the brand.
• Utilise cultural events as source of inspiration to create topical content that builds cult brand awareness.

• 5+ years of experience as a creative strategist or in similar roles, with in-house experience as a bonus.
• Passionate about creative trends and new platforms, combining ideas with data to deliver effective marketing.
• Proactive and driven to continuously optimise and improve creative work.
• Proven track record in performance creative, producing successful ads and UGC.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with content shoots; being on set, directing talent, collaborating with videographers.
