What We'll Bring:

As the Creative Strategy & Communications Advisor, you will drive the design and delivery of high-quality creative assets and communication campaigns that support CIS initiatives globally. Leveraging your expertise in visual design, videography, and storytelling, you will collaborate with CIS leaders to ensure all creative outputs align with business objectives and brand standards. You will also lead marketing and communication efforts, including crafting mailers, announcements, and engagement content that resonates with diverse audiences.

What You'll Bring:

Creative Design & Production: Develop and deliver high-end presentations, graphics, videos, and photography for CIS projects and enterprise initiatives. Ensure all creative outputs adhere to TransUnion’s brand guidelines and maintain visual excellence.

Strategic Communication: Design and execute internal communication campaigns, including mailers, announcements, and engagement content. Partner with CIS leadership to craft messaging that aligns with organizational priorities and enhances employee engagement.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with CIS leaders and cross-functional teams to understand creative and communication needs. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction for key initiatives.

Marketing Support: Develop marketing collateral and digital assets for internal and external audiences. Support global campaigns by ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging.

Governance & Brand Compliance: Maintain adherence to brand standards across all creative and communication deliverables. Monitor effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
