We’re seeking a Credit Team Leader on a fixed-term period (March 2026), to lead and support the credit team in managing high-volume, low-value debt operations.

Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Provide quality leadership, coaching and develop a high-performing, multi-skilled credit team

  • Drive strategic credit initiatives and projects aligned with national strategy

  • Ensure effective management of resources, including monitoring productivity and performance to KPIs

  • Implement and champion best practice debt collection techniques and tools

  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while promoting diversity, inclusion, and respectful workplace practices.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: 

  • Proven experience leading large credit teams with strong coaching capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills to foster team collaboration and clarity

  • Strong background in credit management and best practice collection principles

  • Skilled in interpreting data and trends to drive performance improvements
