We're looking for an experienced CRM Coordinator to join our fast-paced team located at our Rosebery office. If you’re passionate about customer experience, data-driven campaigns, and building brand loyalty—this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with Marketing and external teams to help plan

and execute the Email Marketing calendar. Support the CRM team with end-to-end

campaign processes - from strategy and build through to execution and post-campaign

analysis

  • Execution: Build, test, and launch personalised communications through the Salesforce

Marketing Cloud platform. This includes email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app

messages. Ensure high standards in QA, segmentation and dynamic content setup.

  • Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns that reach customers at the

right time, in the right place - across SMS, app, and email. Leverage segmentation tools

to deliver personalised journeys.

  • Data & Insights: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports. Work

closely with the CRM team to surface insights, drive learnings, and make

recommendations that optimise future campaigns.

  • Loyalty Optimisation: Play a key role in executing and evolving the White Fox Loyalty

Club. Help deliver creative messaging across customer touch points and uncover new

opportunities to drive engagement and retention.

  • Liaise with external partners and internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure

smooth delivery of campaign activity.


Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a CRM or Loyalty role, ideally within eCommerce or retail
  • Proven experience with customer journeys, segmentation, A/B testing, and triggered messaging
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign results and provide actionable insights
