Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:
  • 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
  • Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
  • Tailored our offering to thousand of patients in Germany and Japan

About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM Executive to own the execution and optimisation of Juniper AU’s lifecycle communications across email, SMS, and in-app.

You’ll join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia, working across conversion, retention, and cross-sell. A core KPI for this role is reactivation — building and improving automated win-back flows that encourage previous patients to re-engage.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with clear impact on both patient experience and business outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging in line with Juniper’s patient journey strategy.
  • Manage and optimise automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, follow-up, retention, and reactivation) to improve engagement and patient outcomes.
  • Use segmentation and behavioural insights to personalise messaging across patient cohorts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (copywriting, design, growth, analytics, medical teams) to ensure communications are clear, empathetic, and effective.
  • Run an A/B test engine to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Report on CRM performance weekly, surfacing insights and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, compliance, and documentation.
  • Explore and implement new tools and tactics for CRM personalisation and workflow efficiency.
About You
  • 2–4 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing (DTC, health tech, or consumer brands preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Klaviyo or a similar ESP) and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Familiarity with design direction and content creation by inputting copy and assets into CRM templates (Figma familiarity is a plus)
  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to write clear, empathetic messaging.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign data and using insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to work across teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • A patient-first mindset with a desire to create exceptional experiences, not just “good” ones.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Metabase etc.) is a plus.
  • Proactive in using AI tools to streamline copywriting and creative workflows while maintaining brand tone
  • Interest in process improvement, using internal systems and AI writing tools to scale lifecycle learnings efficiently
Why This Role is Exciting
  • Ownership within a growth team: You’ll own key lifecycle flows and communication touchpoints that matter to patients.
  • Impactful work: Your messages will help patients feel supported and confident throughout their health journey.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, copy, product growth, and analytics.
  • Fast-paced environment: A chance to learn quickly, test boldly, and see the impact of your work.
Here’s What Makes Joining Euc Unique
  • What’s next – Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. We’re launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem.
  • Build something world-changing – We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. It’s fast-paced, challenging, and deeply rewarding.
  • Make real impact – You’ll deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence-based care across markets.
  • Accelerate your growth – You’ll have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support.
  • Join a motivated team – Collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale.
What’s Ahead in Australia
  • Grow with us globally – Learn from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan, collaborate with teams in the Philippines and South Africa, and explore new markets or travel internationally. We’ve been recognised on Hatch’s Hotlist as one of Australia’s top employers.
  • Shape your career – Access learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, and a strong knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Be an owner – Equity for everyone means you share in the success you help create.
  • Work where well-being matters – Enjoy catered wellness talks, exercise classes, Whoop membership, free barista coffees, funded social clubs, and quarterly rooftop parties.
  • Innovate with purpose – Use state-of-the-art tools and contribute to bold, impactful solutions in healthcare.
  • Support at every stage – Benefit from generous parental and miscarriage leave, health and professional development leave, personal days, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
