Job Description

We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Specilist to take our customer experiences to the next level. You’ll craft highly personalised email and SMS campaigns, design end-to-end automated journeys, and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and AI tools to make campaigns smarter, faster, and more effective.

You’ll collaborate with Brand, Product, Content, and Distribution teams to create journeys that drive real engagement and results.

This role is full-time, and while it begins as a 12-month parental leave cover, there is a view to transition it into a permanent position once that period ends.

On a typical day you will:

  • Build and optimise personalised email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, AMPScript) that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Design and manage end-to-end customer journeys to drive engagement, conversion, and retention, applying strong segmentation and lifecycle understanding.
  • Take a strategic, data-driven approach to campaign planning — define audiences, set objectives, measure performance, and optimise based on insights.
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline campaign builds, resolve issues quickly, and improve efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Continuously test and learn through A/B and multivariate testing, using data and insights to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Content, Product, and Distribution teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Oversee campaign workflows and priorities, managing multiple stakeholders with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Around 1-3 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar (Hubspot, Braze, Pardot ect)
  • Strong ability to write and amend HTML/CSS for responsive templates and dynamic email content.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to improve build efficiency, automate QA processes, troubleshoot errors and surface insights.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with experience managing campaigns across multiple teams.
  • Naturally curious and creative, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
