About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer. This role is primarily focused on executive support, coordination, reporting, document preparation, and meeting management.

As the CTO works across a broad leadership remit, the successful candidate will need to be quick to understand context, confident in managing multiple priorities, and able to keep information, actions, and stakeholders well coordinated. This is not a deeply technical role. However, candidates with an interest in technology, Tech, or AI tools will be viewed favourably.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable EA who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, supporting senior leadership, and learning how modern businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CTO’s calendar, scheduling, meeting arrangements, and day-to-day coordination requirements.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action logs.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across teams to ensure matters are progressed and deadlines are clearly tracked.
  • Prepare, format, and finalise reports, presentations, summaries, and management-ready documents.
  • Turn rough notes or verbal direction into clear, polished, and well-structured written materials.
  • Maintain trackers, status updates, and document records with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support executive communication, routine correspondence, and internal coordination tasks.
  • Assist with organising information, identifying gaps, and ensuring follow-up items are closed out appropriately.
  • Provide general executive support with professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Use modern productivity tools effectively; interest in Tech or AI tools that improve work quality will be an advantage.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Team Assistant, Business Support, or similar position supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational discipline.
  • Strong ability to understand information quickly and connect different pieces of context effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce polished documents, meeting materials, summaries, and reports.
  • High level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • A calm, responsive, and solutions-focused working style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business tools.
  • Interest in technology, Tech, or AI tools is preferred, though prior deep technical knowledge is not required.
