As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals get back on track. Your new role

About you

You’re someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded).

  • A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.

  • Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.

  • Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.

  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.

  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
