We are always on the lookout for driven and ambitious Insurance Claims Professionals to support our claims team in helping people get their lives back on track after a Car Accident Injury.

 

Your new role

 At QBE, our customers are at the core of everything we do. As a Case Manager, you will assist injured workers with their injury management while maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Continue to learn and grow your knowledge through a variety of situations and challenges.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and assist them through their recovery.

  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Manage end-to-end claims with the guidance of your leaders.

 

About you

 You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer-centric service with empathy and patience. To be successful in this role, you will also bring:

  • Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly desirable).

  • A customer-focused mindset and genuine care for people.

  • Resilience and the ability to remain composed (as it can be challenging assisting people during vulnerable times).

  • Confidence in making decisions and being empowered.

  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to guide people through the claims process 

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
