The role:

The Curriculum Specialist role sits within our Platform Curation team and plays a key part in shaping high‑quality learning experiences for our global audience. You’ll work closely with Content and Product teams, and external partners to ensure our learning catalog is relevant, pedagogically sound, and aligned to all ClickView markets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Curriculum alignment: Evaluate, map, and structure learning content to ensure alignment across all our regions.
  • Quality assurance: Conduct pedagogical and technical reviews to maintain consistency and quality across the catalog.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with product, data, and content teams to improve learner pathways and platform experience.
  • Data‑informed decision making: Use learner analytics and market insights to refine and optimise alignment offerings.
  • Vendor and partner engagement: Work with external content providers to align content to curriculum.
  • Project management: Lead and coordinate curriculum‑related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross‑team dependencies are effectively managed.

Requirements:

  • Curriculum expertise: Strong background in curriculum development in the K-12 education space.
  • Market knowledge: Deep understanding of both the Australian and U.S. education systems. Secondary knowledge highly regarded.
  • Curriculum alignment skills: Ability to assess learning materials and align them to confidently align them to curriculum.
  • Project management: Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Cross‑functional communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable using data to guide decisions and improve content quality.
