Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Communication Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing multi-channel mandatory communications. This includes cover letters, policy documentation, forms, and policy schedules, all designed to keep our customers informed about their policy details throughout their lifecycle.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Customer Correspondence team and various business stakeholders, including Product, Legal, and Compliance departments. Your primary responsibility will be to craft clear and concise mandatory communications and collateral, ensuring that TAL consistently meets regulatory and compliance requirements.

You will:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Correspondence team to design and author mandatory communications for TAL and alliance partners via post, email, or SMS.
  • Write high-quality communications to simplify and explain complex life insurance products in customer-friendly language while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to manage all sign-off processes, ensuring communications meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage documents and collateral to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, budget, and requirements of email and print suppliers.
  • Work with Digital & Marketing stakeholders to align mandatory communications with marketing campaigns and other customer lifecycle touchpoints.

Qualifications

 

  • Over 2 years of experience in managing customer/mandatory communications or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to handle communications with complex technical and regulatory requirements.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience executing communications through post, SMS, and email channels.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and working as part of a larger project team.
