The ANZ Haleon business is looking for a Customer Development Manager to support our Woolworths partnership, working within our Sales team to bring category and customer strategies to life.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Woolworths, ensuring strong alignment to customer priorities 
  • Build effective working relationships with buying, merchandising and category teams 
  • Contribute to customer meetings and support delivery of commercial initiatives 
  • Support range reviews and translate category strategy into in-store execution 
  • Assist in developing planograms and merchandising solutions aligned to customer principles 
  • Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to improve shelf performance and shopper engagement 
  • Apply shopper and category insights to support customer recommendations 
  •  Assist in building clear, data-led narratives to support category decisions 
  • Contribute to ongoing refinement of range and space optimisation 
  • Analyse category and customer data (Nielsen, IRI, loyalty insights) to support decision making 
  • Monitor performance of initiatives and highlight opportunities for improvement 
  • Support reporting on key category and commercial KPIs 
  •  Support execution of aligned category and customer strategies 
  • Contribute to delivering strong in-store and online execution standards 

 

About You 

  • Experience in FMCG across Sales, Category or Account Support roles 
  • Strong interest in retail execution and shopper behaviour 
  • Developing analytical capability with the ability to interpret data 
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative mindset 
  • Passion for building a long-term career in FMCG sales 

 

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Woolworths or similar retail environments 
  • Familiarity with category or shopper data tools (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Quantium) 
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
