About the Role  

You will act as a critical extension of the leadership team, driving the execution of Ford Pro Solutions, expansion and managing operations across Rest of World (ROW) markets primarily Australia, New Zealand, with support of the Middle East, Africa, and Mexico.

This role focuses on robust project management, operational excellence, and local market enablement. You will leverage your deep understanding of FPI global sales and operations processes, advanced Salesforce expertise, and strong knowledge of fleet customer needs to ensure seamless rollouts, efficient onboarding, and high local adoption of Ford Pro’s connected services, SaaS offerings and support throughout the lifecycle. 

You will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, managing near-term deliverables and fostering continuous operational improvement. This role requires strong understanding of the Ford Pro Customer Operating model enabling International Markets Group (IMG) and ROW regions by supporting in region and global shared services to drive quality and execution for all areas of product growth.

This newly created position is based at our IMG Product Development Hub in Broadmeadows on a hybrid work schedule (4 Days per week in Office), reporting directly to the Global Head of Customer Enablement, based in Canada. 

Responsibilities
  • Program & Project Management: Lead the day-to-day project management of ROW market expansion initiatives. Develop, track, and execute comprehensive launch plans and operating models, ensuring critical milestones are met across diverse international markets.

  • Sales & Operations Process Integration: Act as the subject matter expert for FPI Global sales and operations processes. Adapt and implement these processes locally to ensure global alignment, efficiency, and continuity while respecting local market nuances (NSC vs. distributor models).

  • Salesforce & Operational Excellence: Leverage deep Salesforce expertise to streamline and accelerate customer and vehicle onboarding. Optimize workflows, efficiently triage operational errors, and ensure local teams are equipped to manage the customer lifecycle effectively.

  • Customer Enablement & Fleet Advocacy: Serve as a champion for fleet customers. Educate and empower local market teams on FPI products (starting with Data Services and expanding to Fleet Management), equipping them with the knowledge to articulate the value of post-sale SaaS products.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership: Partner closely with global product, marketing, and local operations teams. Actively identify roadblocks in the sales or onboarding process and collaborate with peers to drive continuous improvement and resolve in-market concerns.

  • Performance Tracking & Lifecycle Support: Monitor key metrics, including modem activation rates and onboarding success. Partner with the Customer Relationship Center (CRC) to identify ongoing support needs, reporting insights and operational challenges up to the ROW Expansion Lead to refine strategies.

  • Ford Pro Connectivity: Strong understanding of Marketplace, Global Account Fulfillment across the current connectivity and product enablement processing.

  • Strong Customer Success Mindset: Partner with CRC, local sales teams and in-market operations to drive growth and assist global leadership in areas of investment and programs to ensure Fleet Customers have a robust success model leaning in to both regional and global framework.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, sales operations, or customer enablement, preferably within the automotive, SaaS, or connected technology sectors.

  • Domain Expertise (Crucial): Deep, practical understanding of FPI Global sales and operations processes, coupled with a strong, empathetic knowledge of fleet customer needs, behaviors, and business models.

  • System Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, specifically regarding customer onboarding, sales workflows, data management, and operational troubleshooting.
