About the Role

Are you passionate about customer experience, retention, and digital sales innovation? Join our Institutional Division as an Inside Sales Manager for a 9-month secondment, covering parental leave. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the primary contact for a defined portfolio of institutional customers, managing enquiries, driving retention, and supporting replenishment orders. You’ll also play a key part in new solution sales and digital sales campaigns as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Enquiries: Manage and respond to all incoming customer enquiries for your assigned portfolio, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

  • Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with institutional clients, proactively communicating to drive retention and satisfaction.

  • Replenishment Orders: Assist customers with replenishment orders, ensuring continuity of supply and service.

  • New Solution Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities for new solution sales within your customer base.

  • Digital Sales Campaigns: Support and execute digital sales campaigns as required throughout the secondment period.

  • Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including customer retention rates, sales performance, and campaign outcomes.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Institutional Sales Lead and team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (B2B preferred).

  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and virtual.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Comfortable with digital tools and sales platforms.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Previous experience managing a customer portfolio is highly regarded.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Willingness to participate in digital sales campaigns and adapt to new technologies.
