Your new role:
Bring your customer service skills to life in this phone-based role as a Customer Experience Consultant. You’ll take ownership of enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes. With your relationship-building skills, you’ll ensure every customer experience is positive and exceeds expectations.
Some of your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Manage and prioritise a combination of both inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries
- Develop excellent rapport over the phone or face to face to foster strong customer and internal relationships
- Identify complex problems and resolve them or escalate where a resolution may not be achievable
About you:
You’re an experienced customer service professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, confident in managing complex queries and delivering outstanding outcomes. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you take ownership of issues, build relationships, and ensure every customer experience is positive and professional.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in a customer service environment - call centre/retail/hospitality - we would love to talk to you!
- Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
