Our group consists of a range of different brands which cater to different markets; this includes Sherridon Homes, Royston Homes, Soho Living, and Marque, just to name a few.

We are going through huge growth in the Ballarat region.

Sherridon Homes is now seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey.

This role will play a crucial role in taking care of our customers throughout the administration process of their build through to site start.

The Role

  • You will deliver an exceptional journey to our customers, building a home experience.

  • Working within a tight-knit and supportive team

  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders

  • Utilizing technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and software to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Maintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and Group policy and procedures

  • Supporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers.

About You

  • You have a high emphasis on Customer Service

  • A caring/empathetic nature when dealing with clients and colleagues

  • Well-developed communication skills

  • High level of personal presentation

  • Driven with a “Can Do” attitude

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Enjoy the excitement of being a part of a rapidly expanding business

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualifications in the building industry are highly regarded

  • Highly developed computer literacy skills

  • Able to prioritize and handle a large workload

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
