As Customer Insights Analyst - Customer, you'll work in the Customer Analytics CoE, focusing on Customer growth, Campaign strategy.

You’ll be at the heart of our analytics capability, transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and performance. You’ll work end-to-end across the analytics lifecycle—partnering with senior stakeholders, building predictive models, and creating compelling visualisations that drive smarter business outcomes.

What you’ll do
 

  • Deliver end-to-end analytics: gather requirements, source data, build models, and publish insights.

  • Develop reporting, monitoring, and predictive analytics to optimise product performance.

  • Create impactful data visualisations to communicate trends and recommendations.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain and enhance analytics assets aligned with product changes and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory standards, and risk appetite.

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional technical skills: SQL/SAS, Python, Tableau, and data warehousing principles.

  • Degree in business, IT, finance, or related discipline with ongoing professional development.

  • Experience building predictive models and delivering actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and innovate.

  • Minimum 5 years in analytics or operational environments, ideally in financial services, ideally with experience in the Customer Analytics CoE, focusing on Customer analytics (highly advantageous)
