We’re a deeply customer-obsessed organization. We’re looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist in Sydney to help us build and scale customer advocacy programs across APAC, celebrating the customers who are leading the way in cloud security and giving them a platform to share their stories. This role blends regional program ownership with hands-on storytelling, focused on supporting customers while fueling Wiz’s growth in the region.

You’ll work closely with customers, regional sales and customer success teams, and global marketing partners to drive meaningful advocacy programs that reflect the unique needs of APAC markets. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong storytelling instincts, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and recruit and engage customer champions across APAC to participate in advocacy opportunities, including case studies, quotes, videos, speaking engagements, and events, representing a diverse set of industries, countries, and use cases.
  • Help execute regional customer programs such as Customer Advisory Boards and Wizdom Meetups, creating opportunities for customers to learn from peers, share feedback, and connect with Wiz leaders.
  • Own and grow Wiz’s presence on peer review platforms across APAC, driving consistent, high-quality customer reviews and using these platforms to expand our reach into new markets.
  • Recruit, manage, and maintain a pool of APAC references, ready for sales, partner, analyst, and event opportunities.
  • Partner closely with sales, customer success, marketing, product, and partner teams to ensure advocacy efforts align with regional priorities and support our expanding APAC footprint.
  • Test and scale new customer storytelling formats and advocacy programs alongside the customer marketing team to build content that resonate with local markets and help teams tell the Wiz story in an authentic way.
  • Candidates must be based in Sydney

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing customer content or advocacy programs, including outreach, interviews, production, and approvals.
  • A strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with technical and security-focused audiences.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and customer success.
  • Strong attention to detail, paired with creativity and a high bar for quality.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias for action in a fast-growing, evolving environment.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
