Location: Maroochydore (Hybrid)

Part Time: 22.5 hrs weekly

A role you will love
The position of part-time Customer Operations Representative forms part of the Revenue Operations Team.  This role performs inbound and outbound calls, however, is required to support the entire operations including performing any task within the meter to cash value chain.

This includes inbound customer queries through phone and email, maintaining and updating account data, the management of billing including complex account setup, processing of payments and assisting customers to pay their account via effective payment arrangements.
