A role you will love

We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join us as a Customer Operations Representative, you’ll join the Revenue Operations Team, supporting key meter to cash activities for water customers. You’ll handle customer enquiries, maintain accurate account data, assist with billing and payments, and support customers with effective payment arrangements.
Working in a structured, process driven environment, you’ll focus on accuracy, quality and smooth day to day operations. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, friendly and welcoming team that values continuous improvement. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately process customer and account activities, including applications, billing, payments, refunds, concessions, direct debits, metering and change of ownership requests 
  • Manage customer enquiries across email, resolving issues efficiently and escalating where required 
  • Maintain accurate account information through data entry, billing and metering validations, and timely customer correspondence 
  • Negotiate, set up and manage customer focused payment arrangements, ensuring positive outcomes for both customers and the business

  • Initiative, works effectively both independently and as part of a team, and is committed to delivering high quality, efficient service
