  • Role will be known internally as Customer Operations Manager

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide insights to and support the Customer Business Planning in coordination with Key Account Managers and Demand Planning team

  • Identify, highlight and action market inventory issues with recommendations to Demand Planning team and Account Managers for future product flow

  • Facilitate retail promotional tracking

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning team to assure transparency and alignment in customer listings and future demand plans

  • Conduct market inventory and retail closing stock analysis

  • Facilitate the monthly Sales Review, preparing the information and presentation for the meeting and driving the actions and outcomes after the meeting

  • Participate in and drive projects within ANZ and/or the wider APAC organization

Customer Operations stream is a vital link between the sales and demand planning team. This role combines the insights from day-to-day retail key metrics with qualitative data provided by the sales team in order to make the difference for our retailers via world-class demand plans and top-notch execution.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in operations, business analytics, key account management, or retail analytics. Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent excel and analytical skills

  • SAP knowledge is an advantage

  • Previous experience in FMCG or other fast-paced industries is preferred.

  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and align recommendations with business objectives.
