What this opportunity involves:
We’re currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join one of our onsite building management teams! This is a busy and fast-paced role, being the front line of all communication for tenant/customer services, the CRM’s primary responsibility is to develop and foster the relationship with occupants and stakeholders across assets in North Sydney and Sydney CBD.
A snap shot of the role:
- Conducting tenant visits and formal meetings, with follow up as required on any matters raised
- Ensuring all customer service and related events or activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Assisting with the formulation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts of relevant accounts relating to customer service
- Managing the “check-in process” with all new customers to the building, and establish meeting schedule through to post-occupation
- Ensuring all customer service and related events or activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Responsible for ensuring the marketing collateral is utilised effectively and is consistent

Your ability to communicate with people at all levels, ensuring all needs of the tenants and visitors to the property are met are key to success this role! Team this with your ability to think laterally, accommodate change and encourage new ideas, and importantly, prioritise, will make you a star candidate!
- 4+ years’ experience in a customer service, placemaking, marketing and/or events management role.
- Proven event management and customer engagement experience is preferred.
- Experience managing conflicting deadlines and expectations.
- Desired but not required:
- Understanding of legal and lease terminology and the legal obligations of both tenants and landlords.
- Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts and leases.
- First Aid Officer desired or willingness to be trained.
- Floor Fire Warden desired or willingness to be trained.
