Job Description

 

  • Process and manage customer sales orders to ensure accurate system entry, correct reason codes, and on-time fulfilment within agreed delivery windows.
  • Proactively coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, and VRPs to meet service level agreements, escalating issues where required.
  • Maintain and govern Customer Service documentation and reporting via SharePoint, including procedures, product lists, DIF reports, and KPI packs.
  • Support customer master data set-up and changes, including new customer onboarding, supply chain flows, pricing validation, MLOR, Ti-Hi configuration, and 3PL integration.
  • Manage logistics, warehousing, and transport KPIs with 3PL partners (including CO₂ emissions), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide supply chain and logistics support through SCOS pillar leadership, vendor invoice processing, incident management, and project support focused on cost, efficiency, and optimisation.

For this role as the CS & Logistics Specialist we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Order management experience and / or Customer Service experience.
  • Attention to detail and able to focus on and work to a deadline.
  • Ability to build successful working relationships.
  • High level of written & verbal communication
  • Self-Starter & continuous improvement mindset
  • Team player but able to work unsupervised.
  • SAP experience would be helpful for the role
