Your role at Clorox:
Do you have a strong Work Ethic and attention to detail? We are looking for a superstar with outstanding customer service, who resolves inquiries efficiently, build strong customer relationships and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
This role will be responsible for providing customer service to our Australian and New Zealand Customers & Consumers. In addition to supporting administrative work to ensure customer orders, queries and complaints are completed in a timely manner. This role will work closely with the Customer Operations Manager ANZ plus the wider Customer Service and Logistics team. The role also involves working with other internal functions within the Clorox business and the relevant external providers.
This role is responsible for
Order Processing
- Customer Order Processing for both AU and NZ businesses
- Process All Orders accurately. Follow up with customers to advise any order issues or Out of Stocks, work with internal and external contacts to resolve customer order issues in a timely manner
- Liaising closely with our 3PL warehouse regarding customer’s orders and queries
Credit claims Process
- Investigate and process all Pricing and Stock credits, in conjunction with third party logistics company and the respective transport provider in a timely manner
- Processing of Return Goods Advice documentation as received from third party logistics company.
- Suggest enhancements with regard to the credit process and function.
Customer Queries\complaints.
- Respond to consumer complaints and customer queries within the set .

- Previous Customer Service and Logistics experience is essential
- Team player, strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel skills essential
- Accuracy in data entry
- Able to follow instructions and processes
- Positive attitude and mindset of flexibility/agility
- Willingness to help other team members and cross train
- Willingness to work across time zones i.e. Sydney and Auckland
- Ability to handle difficult customers/consumers and reduce tension with a focus to deliver professional interactions is essential
