The Opportunity
At Cochlear, Connected Care encompasses a suite of software applications, mobile apps and cloud infrastructure that help us to transform the care delivery model for our recipient and professional customers.
The Customer Success Manager will be an integral part of Cochlear’s global Connected Care team helping more customers obtain access to our innovative Connected Care technology by facilitating the rollout of the Connected Care products and services.
In this Asia-Pacific (APAC) regional role, the Customer Success Manager will:
Engage with key customers stakeholders in hospital systems and clinics to explain data privacy and information security controls, simplifying complex details to help overcome adoption barriers.
Collaborate closely with the field sales teams and other internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries and ensure the timely rollout of Connected Care products and services.
Act as a customer advocate for data privacy and information security-related product features and requirements.

You are also motivated to help customers
We are ideally seeking someone who has demonstrated experience in enterprise software sales in the healthcare industry coupled with experience with information security controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
What will make you stand out is your experience working with data privacy regulations and information security concerns that affect the healthcare and medical device industries.
A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification and Information security certification (e.g. CISSP, CISA) will be highly advantageous.
You will thrive in this role if you are a strong communicator with a proven track record of navigating customer questions and objections to achieve results.
Technically minded, you will have the drive and capability to master and learn the technical nuances of Cochlear’s Connected Care products and services at the expert level.
This is a field-based position with most of your time spent with customers, and some time spent at the office. Domestic and international travel is expected.
