About the role

As an Implementation Manager at INGENIOUS.BUILD, you will be crucial in managing one of our largest ENT accounts. Along with the US team, you will implement solutions, build client relationships, drive the goals for upselling, and conduct technical demos for our innovative products within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about technology, has a deep understanding of the AEC industry, and possesses excellent communication and technical skills.

In this position, you will: 

  • Partner with our client to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences for the client and predictable growth for their business by providing feedback on local users and workflows
  • Collaborate with our Account Managers, Product, Customer Success and leadership teams. Offer guidance, configure regional assistance, provide educational support, and deliver comprehensive documentation to ensure sustained success with INGENIOUS.BUILD
  • Following internal processes to improve Customer's Health, Increase retention, and Risk Mitigation
  • Conducting periodic business reviews of the local user base ensuring larger executive decisions are successfully implemented and executed in the local region, to provide high value to our customer
  • Gain a deep understanding of INGENIOUS.BUILD products, including their features and functions, and discern how they can effectively address challenges and generate solutions for your customers
  • Identifying opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue growth within existing client account, and develop strategies to upsell additional features, modules, or services
  • Act as a Project Manager to coordinate amongst clients and INGENIOUS BUILD's teams

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing)
  • Aptitude for virtual training sessions with clients
  • Practical Knowledge of Construction or Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup environment
