Traild: Who are we?

Traild is a high-growth SaaS company transforming how finance teams manage Accounts Payable; automating and protecting the entire process from invoice capture through approval, and payment.

Every year, billions of dollars are lost to payment errors and fraud. Traild exists to solve this, without slowing businesses down.

With rapid customer growth, global expansion across APAC, North America and EMEA, and continued investment in product innovation, we are at a defining stage of our journey.

This is an opportunity to help shape the next category leader in finance automation and security - solving real financial risk at scale and building technology that protects meaningful volumes of global transactions.

If you’re excited by high growth, real ownership, and building something that matters, Traild is the place to do the most impactful work of your career.

The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Operations Senior Associate where you will play a critical role in building the engine that makes our Customer Success team faster, sharper, and almost impossible to slow down.

You will not just spot what is slowing the team down. You will go and fix it: designing the process, building the tool, and watching it go live. This is a rare builder’s seat where you own real results, not just slides about them, and there is huge room to grow as Traild scales across the globe.

Three things matter to us far more than any specific background, and we care about the quality of them, not the logo on your CV:

  • A high-performing generalist with real agency. Hand you a vague, messy problem and you come back with a plan, then a shipped result, no hand-holding required. It is the spark that makes you the king of the jungle, and we genuinely do not mind where it came from, only that you can do it

  • An AI-native operator who builds, not just analyses. You already run your day through AI tools, stand up internal automations and lightweight apps on Traild’s own platform from week one. You do not need to be an engineer, but enough coding sense to know what is possible, and where the edges are, is a real advantage.

  • A natural at change with high EQ. You work shoulder to shoulder with the customer-facing team and bring them with you, because a slick new process that nobody adopts is worth nothing. Think phased rollouts, pilot groups, a clear before-and-after, low drama, and a customer-first instinct under all of it. You are viewed as their trusted partner, not a back-office seat warmer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own how the whole CS team runs day to day: how we welcome new customers, hand them over, catch the ones at risk early, keep renewals tight, and the numbers that prove it is all working.

  • Hunt down whatever is slowing the team, then fix it end to end: scope the problem, redesign the process, roll it out, and prove it actually moved the needle.

  • Be the person who builds. Use AI to stand up internal automations and simple apps that plug straight into Traild’s own platform, turning a good idea on Monday into a tool the team uses by Friday.

  • Pick the tools the team lives in. Find them, test them, bring them in, and make adoption feel easy instead of forced.

  • Keep one source of truth everyone trusts: clean dashboards, clear status, and guides that get knowledge out of people’s heads and out of buried Slack threads.

  • Team up across Operations, Growth, engineering and outside vendors to actually ship things, not just talk about them.

Who You Are: (include required qualifications, experience, education)

  • High ownership: you carry a problem all the way to done and feel it in your bones, not just your slice of it.

  • Bias to action: you would rather ship a rough first version today and sharpen it than wait around for perfect.

  • Low ego, high curiosity: you ask the obvious question, change your mind when the evidence says so, and keep getting better.

  • Calm in the chaos: messy and undefined fires you up rather than freezes you.

  • Customer-first to the core: even when the work is fully internal, you keep the customer experience in your sights.

  • A sharp communicator: you make complicated things simple for whoever needs to act on them.

  • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.

The Perks of Working at Traild

  • Flexibility: we offer a range of remote, hybrid and flexible working options.

  • Global team: we are growing across APAC, NA and EMEA and have team across the world.

  • We are growing at an exponential rate, this is an opportunity to get involved with a true rocketship with all the excitement and opportunities that comes with it \

  • Our team genuinely loves working at Traild: we scored an 82 on our recent 2025 eNPS survey.

Please note that the final applicants for this job will be asked to consent in writing to a police check / criminal background check to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction of employment. Please note that Traild is an E-Verify employer.
