  • Monitor account health identifying at-risk accounts and providing dedicated coverage alongside the account management team ahead of the renewals.
  • Partner directly with Senior Customer Success Managers on high-priority and high-spend accounts, supporting client prep, new user onboarding and follow-ups while gaining exposure to complex workflows.
  • Execute ad-hoc customer success projects, including building training collateral, compiling user data reports and assisting with team-wide strategic initiatives. Opportunity to also collaborate across departments such as sales, product, tech and editorial.
  • Become an Octus expert with a strong understanding of our products, services, and the credit market. Apply these concepts to each persona’s different workflows, educating them with best practices and relevant features.
  • Capture and synthesize client feedback, feature requests, and pain points during routine touchpoints. Share actionable insights with internal teams.
  • Drive proactive outreach efforts through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, finance, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of working experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in financial services or with subscription-based services. (*note: we are open to promising recent graduates)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-starter who is diligent and organized but adaptable
  • Demonstrated interest in financial services and learning the credit markets is a bonus
