In this engaging position, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience—acting as the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll guide them through our platform, resolve inquiries, and provide valuable insights, especially in areas related to payroll, statutory compliance, and maximizing the full potential of our services.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

  • 🎧 Support with a Smile – Respond to client queries and help resolve issues with clarity, empathy, and speed.
  • 🧭 Guide Onboarding – Walk new clients through our product, making sure they feel confident from day one.
  • 💬 Be a Client Advocate – Gather feedback, flag common issues, and work with our team to improve the user experience.
  • 🗂️ Keep Things Organized – Log interactions and resolutions to build a smooth, consistent support experience.
  • 🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure client needs are heard and met.
Requirements

✨ What You Bring to the Table:

  • A passion for customer service and an innate desire to make people’s lives easier.
  • Exceptional communication skills—your ability to articulate solutions clearly will be essential!
  • Strong hands-on experience with Malaysian payroll, statutory contributions (like EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and local tax regulations—you know the local compliance landscape like the back of your hand.
  • Previous customer support experience would be fantastic, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are the top priorities.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a great attitude.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to dive into challenges, all while being a supportive team player.
  • Basic proficiency in tools like Excel to assist with data tracking and reporting is a plus.
