About the RoleAs a Customer Support Representative at our St Leonards office, you'll be the go-to problem-solver for equipment service and repair enquiries. Working alongside our Technical Services team, you'll help coordinate repairs, manage parts, and support hospitals to keep life-changing medical devices running smoothly.
What You’ll DoHandle inbound calls and emails related to repairs and service contracts
Book and prioritise service jobs to support field engineers
Manage incoming parts and coordinate dispatch to hospitals
Follow up with customers to confirm purchase orders and approvals
Track and ship loan equipment, ensuring timely return of items
Clear communicator with great customer service skills
Detail-focused and highly organised in a fast-paced environment
Team player who thrives on collaboration and solving problems
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
