Welcome to BizCover! We're a dynamic and innovative InsurTech company in the SME business insurance market, dedicated to simplifying the insurance process for small businesses. We're currently looking for an engaging and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Value Consultant.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers make informed decisions about their insurance needs. You'll be responsible for building relationships with our valued customers and providing them with personalized advice, tailored to their unique business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Building strong customer relationships through effective communication and attentive listening.
  • Conducting thorough policy reviews to ensure customers have the right coverage and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
  • Assisting customers with policy amendments, renewals, and claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to provide customers with the most relevant and valuable information.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policies is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
