About the Role (your why)

The CX Technology Consultant is responsible for analysing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying enhancements or new products used to deliver Conversational AI solutions, including Agentic AI.

As a member of the Conversational AI team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and advisory to customers on best practice platform management using technologies such as Cognigy, Genesys, Salesforce, and other partner platforms as our portfolio expands.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What you’ll do

At the moment, as CX Technology Consultant you will be focused on:

  • Working with stakeholders to ensure that all solutions are designed, developed and configured to deliver the intended business value.  
  • Analysing customers functional and technical business requirements to make recommendations
  • Creating technical diagrams, solution blueprints, implementation plans, and sales enablement materials. 
  • Developing and enhancing the discovery and demo platform for team use, including integrations, and assist in development of rapid prototyping demonstrations. 
  • Design and produce sales materials, including pitch decks and demonstration walkthroughs for customers which include industry-specific use cases
  • Working with a wide variety of stakeholders and team members to provide Customers with thought leadership around potential improvements or technologies.  
  • Work with product teams as the subject matter expert to relay client feedback and influence roadmap direction. 
  • Facilitating training and coaching to enable other team members, including customers within the scope of projects. 
  • Staying abreast of industry regulations, trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. 
  • Creating and delivering regular updates to stakeholders regarding platform features and functionality
  • Ability to work on complex issues where analysis and in-depth evaluation of variable factors is considered
  • Ability to adhere to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements and escalate as required
  • Excellent customer relationship building and management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

  • Experience with Conversational AI platforms 
  • 3+ years’ Development experience
  • Proficient with modern DevOps Tools and utilities.  
  • Strong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.  
  • Business acumen. 

Nice to have:

  • Key vendor product knowledge (Cognigy). 
  • Knowledge of competing product offerings.
