Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data, with a particular focus on the crypto portfolio. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to process and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance our decision-making processes and improve business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, with a primary focus on crypto portfolios.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.

  • Monitor and assess the performance of crypto assets, including tracking key metrics and identifying trends or anomalies.

  • Work with the finance and investment teams to support the analysis of crypto market data and portfolio performance.

  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders on data findings and portfolio performance.

  • Implement automated processes for data collection, cleaning, and reporting to streamline workflow efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize data systems and improve the accuracy and timeliness of data.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trends to provide informed analysis and recommendations.

  • Ensure data integrity and ensure all data analysis is accurate and compliant with company standards.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data insights and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on portfolio management or cryptocurrency analysis.

  • Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technologies, and crypto portfolio management.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).

  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

  • Experience in financial analysis, with a preference for those who have worked in crypto finance.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.

  • Familiarity with data governance and data privacy best practices.
