Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Data Analyst at R/GA:

On any given day, you might:

  • Present insights and explain complex concepts with confidence and clarity

  • Build trust with clients through face-to-face interactions and valuable insights

  • Collaborate closely with Design and Tech teams to shape future digital experiences

  • Develop campaign performance reports aligned to business goals, with clear, actionable recommendations

  • Uncover meaningful insights based on campaign strategy and performance

  • Create performance dashboards to help clients understand how their business is tracking

  • Bring domain expertise and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Develop measurement frameworks that connect directly to business strategy

  • Implement and debug complex tracking solutions across client websites

  • Share your perspective on emerging tech, especially in AI and the marketing tech space

The ideal candidate:

  • Has exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Speaks fluently about data and analytics, both technically and in plain business language

  • Is deeply curious and driven to uncover the why

  • Can translate complex data into clear business impact

  • Is proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused

  • Is comfortable working independently, managing time effectively while collaborating as needed

What you bring:

  • Relevant experience in a data/analytics role

  • Confidence in presenting and explaining technical topics to varied audiences

  • Strong attention to detail, and a solutions-first mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with at least 3 of the following: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager or Launch, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), AWS, SQL, R, Python

  • Proficiency with tools like Power BI or Looker Studio

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
