As an Analyst in Lendi Group’s Data Supergroup, you’ll help power our journey to become an AI native organisation. You’ll work closely with senior analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform data into insights that drive smarter, faster decisions across the business.
You’ll support the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, and curated datasets that deliver trusted intelligence to teams across Product, Distribution, Finance, and Executive functions. Your work will help ensure our leaders have the data they need to guide strategy, improve performance, and enhance customer experiences.

Job DescriptionAnalytics & Reporting
- Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, and dbt.
- Perform data exploration and analysis to uncover trends and insights that support key business initiatives.
- Support data modelling and transformation within cloud environments such as Snowflake to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
AI Native Enablement
- Learn to use GPT-based tools and autonomous agents to assist with natural language querying and insight generation.
- Support automated reporting and anomaly detection initiatives that improve efficiency and insight delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Product, Distribution, Finance, and Executive teams to respond to data requests and deliver recurring insights.
- Help translate data findings into clear, simple visualisations and summaries that support decision-making across the business.
Data Stewardship
- Contribute to documentation of business logic, data definitions, and KPI frameworks.
- Support the team in promoting data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting assets.
- 1-3 years’ experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related roles (graduates with relevant experience encouraged to apply).
- Working knowledge of SQL with some exposure to Python and Power BI.
- Familiarity with or interest in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake is advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns and insights in data.
- Effective communicator who can translate data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Eagerness to learn modern analytics practices, including AI-powered and automated reporting tools.
- Experience or interest in financial services, technology, or real estate is highly regarded.
