We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Data Enablement Manager reporting to Executive Manager, Strategic Insights.

A bit about your role

The Data Enablement Manager is responsible for empowering nbn Operations to make data informed strategic decisions. You will design and scale data architectures that support the team’s enterprise-wide analytics and performance assurance of both Operational and Regulatory outcomes. The role involves leading data integration, pipeline development, and performance modelling, while supporting the delivery of data products and performance insights.

Collaborating across business units, the manager delivers actionable insights through advanced analytics and visualisation tools. Additionally, they champion modern data practices, mentor cross-functional teams, and support change management during platform transitions to enhance organisational data capability.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical capabilities. They are proficient in tools like Power BI, Tableau, MS Fabric, SQL and Alteryx, and have a solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and systems integration.

Known for exceptional communication and influencing skills, they can translate complex insights into strategic decisions across diverse stakeholders. Their strengths also include leadership, team engagement, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure while driving performance and regulatory alignment.
