Job Description

We are seeking a strong Data Integration Lead/Technical Delivery Lead with deep expertise in data integration and platform implementation to support the rollout of the CaptivateIQ sales commission platform. This role will be critical in understanding, mapping, and orchestrating data flows from multiple business units into the new platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and successful end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery of the CaptivateIQ platform implementation, with a focus on data integration and architecture alignment
  • Analyse and map data flows from various business units, ensuring accurate and efficient integration into the target platform
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to define data requirements and transformation logic
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all integration points
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to align with existing standards, frameworks, and governance
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, including design, build, testing, and deployment phases
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data integration, dependencies, and system interoperability
  • Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and vendors, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex data and integration issues

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in technical delivery roles, ideally within large-scale transformation or platform implementation programs
  • Proven expertise in data integration, data mapping, and data architecture
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and integrating with multiple upstream/downstream systems
  • Ability to understand complex data models and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
  • Experience working in agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with sales commission or incentive compensation platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ or similar)
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks and tools
  • Background in telecommunications or large enterprise environments
