DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and technically proficient Data Management Specialist to lead the data management function and own the local technology stack that supports lead gen program delivery. 

The role manages the priorities of remote data management professionals, supports data delivery and optimisation across 40+ programs, oversees a global database of 350K+ contacts, and ensures local data and CRM execution align with global standards. 

The role is focused on program delivery, data quality, data governance, reporting, operational workflows, and stakeholder enablement across Account Management, Delivery, Sales and Global Services.

As the Data Management Specialist, you will:

  • Lead and prioritise the work of the remote data management team. 
  • Ensure high-quality program data is delivered on time, to scope, and to the required standard. 
  • Own and optimise the local data technology stack, including Clay, HubSpot, Lusha, ChatGPT and related tools. 
  • Oversee data scoping, extraction, enrichment, validation, segmentation, QA, reporting, and optimisation across programs. 
  • Maintain and improve the quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of the 350K+ contact database. 
  • Establish and maintain clear data governance standards, including validation rules, deduplication, source tracking, field ownership, and update processes. 
  • Ensure data across the GTM stack is accurate, governed, auditable, and scalable. 
  • Work closely with the HS Global Product Owner to align local HubSpot and CRM execution with global standards. 
  • Support Account Managers and Delivery teams with reliable workflows, reporting, automation, and campaign data processes. 
  • Identify and resolve risks relating to broken workflows, duplicated automations, configuration drift, poor data quality, or unclear system ownership. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Data Management Specialist:

  • 3+ years of experience in data operations, data management, campaign operations, program delivery, CRM operations, or marketing operations. 
  • Strong understanding of data quality, segmentation, enrichment, reporting, workflow automation, and CRM governance. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and measurable workflows. 
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho). 
  • Experience with waterfall data enrichment, reporting, workflows via tools such as Clay, Lusha and PowerBI. 
  • High attention to detail and strong understanding of data governance and operational process control. 
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and confidence working with large datasets. 
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Lean, Kanban).
