  • Strong experience in data migration and data integration, preferably within telecom environments
  • Strong understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS systems and Amdocs data model (Customer, Account, Subscription, Product Catalogue)
  • Hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, including Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
  • Proven experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building and orchestrating data pipelines
  • Strong capability in data mapping, transformation logic, and source-to-target design across complex systems
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation
  • Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation techniques to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Solid understanding of data migration validation frameworks and testing methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage delivery timelines, and resolve migration issues
  • Strong experience working with large-scale, enterprise data migration programs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
