We're hiring a Data Product Manager to build the systems and intelligence layer behind our AI-led products, personalised user journeys, and internal automations - helping Lawpath grow smarter and faster.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 📌 Own the internal roadmap powering Lawpath’s AI and PLG strategy - ensuring every system, signal, and trigger is grounded in accurate, structured customer data
  • 📌 Strengthen our product data foundation by improving and surfacing behavioural insights that drive smarter acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation
  • 📌 Develop dashboards and metrics that shape product strategy - not just reporting performance, but surfacing where to act
  • 📌 Manage critical internal products that support Lawpath’s legal, accounting, and advisor workflows, driving strategy and scale. 
  • 📌 Act as the bridge between data, product, engineering, and advisory teams - aligning business goals with scalable data solutions
  • 📌 Stay at the forefront of AI and data tooling - bringing fresh capabilities into Lawpath’s data stack and strategy

Who This Role Suits!

  • A data analyst or scientist with a product mindset - excited to move from reporting into building systems that drive real product outcomes
  • A systems thinker who designs with scale, automation and user experience in mind
  • 4+ years in product analytics, growth, or data-focused product roles within SaaS environments
  • Experienced with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Tableau or similar
  • Proficient in SQL and data modelling - able to design relational schemas, write complex queries, and support scalable data infrastructure
  • Confident navigating ambiguity and excited by the impact of AI and intelligent systems
  • Curious, collaborative, and excited to work in a values-led team where experimentation and impact go hand in hand
