Join our Decision Intelligence (Data & Analytics) team as a Data Product Owner and play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle and maximizing the business value of our data and analytics assets. The Decision Intelligence team’s focus is on delivering cutting edge insights and innovation to our customers. You will be a key player in our transition to an end-to-end data asset/data product strategy, ensuring that our data assets are optimized for performance, operational efficiency, and commercial success.  This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking. 

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of data assets, from ingestion and maintenance to accessibility and optimization.

  • Define and understand customer needs related to D&A assets, ensuring that our products deliver value and meet market demands.

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for Decicion Intelligence’s D&A assets, contributing to the overall success of the business.

  • Act as a Technical Product Manager, driving product development and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, DI technical teams, and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of DA assets.

  • Identify and address bottlenecks that impact asset value, and optimize the effectiveness of the asset

  • Develop a deep understanding of data product pipelines and data

  • Understand and support implementation of data product requirements

  • Communicate about data products with internal consumers

  • Participate and contribute to new data product initiatives

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ Years working in an enterprise environment with a strong understanding of data, models, and analytical tools.

  • Commercial Acumen:  Ability to understand and drive commercial outcomes for data.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:  A positive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across different teams.

  • SQL Proficiency:  Ability to retrieve and analyze data using SQL.

What Could Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience in Financial Services or ML/AI products:  Experience in data analysis, product management, or consulting within the financial services industry.

  • Business Acumen:  A strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

  • Leadership Skills:  Ability to lead and influence others, driving strategic initiatives and delivering tangible outcomes.
