And we’re not stopping there. As we grow, we need a passionate Data Services Analyst to join our Data and E-Learning Team.

The role involves improving the use of the Customer's core applications and collaborating with staff to improve processes, build reports, queries and visualisation, and help our customers get more from their applications. The ideal candidate must be committed to customer service and problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn and receive support from the team.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with the Data and E-Learning Team Leader, Site Leads, and other team members to ensure efficient management customer databases and core applications.
  • Database and systems administration, integration, and management.
  • Support customers with development of strategy by providing data informed insights across all aspects of the business.
  • Respond to and resolve support requests according to agreed processes and procedures.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data systems and integrations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
  • Maintain and update PowerApps, custom queries, and reports.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and subcontractors as necessary.

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of education systems and processes
  • Basic experience with data and databases, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents features and capabilities.
  • Some ability to write and maintain scripts
  • Awareness of the fundamentals of web development techniques, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Bonus points for:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience in using other Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and Visual Studio, or experience as a SQL Database Administration

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
