We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Data Visualisation Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Intelligence Delivery. This role plays a key part in shaping how data is used to drive performance, insights, and innovation across our Customer Business Unit.
A bit about your role
As Data Visualisation Manager, you will support the development of integrated data assets that support scalable self-service analytics and enable clear, actionable insights across the organisation. Your work will help drive performance and decision-making by combining internal and external data sources, embedding strong governance practices, and delivering best-in-class visualisation that provide immediate actionable insights.
This is a hands-on role where you will design and deliver digital dashboards and reports using Tableau. You will bring data to life through visual storytelling, helping teams across nbn and our Retail Service Providers understand and act on what matters most. With a focus on operational excellence and innovation, you will also contribute to the development of data pipelines and strategy, ensuring our data capabilities are sustainable, scalable and aligned with business priorities.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset and advanced experience in the Tableau platform. You are confident navigating backend data using SQL and have a strong grasp of how to build and present dashboards that are both insightful and engaging. Your ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful stories sets you apart.
You are proactive and independent, with a natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams. You understand the importance of stakeholder engagement and are comfortable managing diverse requirements with empathy and clarity. With a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail, you thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make data a strategic asset for nbn and its customers
