Job DescriptionThe Databricks Architect will be responsible for driving the Databricks capability in the Data & AI Practice and help to establish a Databricks Center of Excellence (CoE) within NCS.
This role will work closely with the NCS Databricks Partner Manager and Data & AI Capability Leadership team to help establish a Databricks Center of Excellence (CoE) within NCS. The Databricks Specialisation Lead will be responsible for driving the Databricks capability in the Data & AI Practice to support the CoE and wider Databricks engagements.
This role is responsible for leading the development of our team's Databricks skills, managing training environments, promoting certification pathways, and actively engaging with the broader Databricks community to elevate our company's profile.

Qualifications- An expert in Databricks
- Strong understanding of big data architectures, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Databricks certification - Professional / Solution Architect /
- Databricks Champion is a plus
- Excellent leadership Skills,
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, problem-solve, and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills using tact and sensitivity.
