Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor large enterprise data warehouse systems
- Respond to business user mails
- Basic troubleshooting of job failures to be done
- Work with Level 2 and development team on production defects fixes
- Job will require shift working hours (24/7)
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Engineering degree with 2 - 4 years of experience in operation/ production support of large Enterprise Data Warehouse in cloud environment
- Proficient in debugging and writing sql queries
- Good hands on experience in shell scripting or python
- Basic knowledge on AWS services - s3 bucket , EC2 , CloudWatch, EMR, Athena
- Troubleshooting of ETL jobs and addressing production issu
- Experience with Scheduling tool - ControlM
- Good Communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to understand and interact with the diverse range of stakeholders
- Should be able to work without much supervision
