The Media Planner will be a key contributor to improving speed-to-market, standardization, and revenue efficiency across the sales organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound deal requests from Sales, Account Management and Client Success teams
  • Build Always-On and Custom media packages aligned to inventory availability, audience definitions, and commercial objectives
  • Maintain and update the inventory calendar, ensuring accurate visibility into availability, flighting, and sell-through
  • Support the standardization of packaging, pricing inputs, and planning workflows across media products
  • Partner closely with commercial stakeholders to operationalize planning strategies at scale, managing the feedback loop for ongoing optimization
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across proposals, including targeting, inventory assumptions, and delivery expectations
  • Identify process improvements to increase planning efficiency and reduce friction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Deal Desk, and Media Operations teams

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, revenue-driven environments
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with media planning systems a plus

IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU KNOW:

  • Have experience supporting programmatic or data-driven advertising products
  • Have familiarity with SSP, DSP, or curated marketplace platform mechanics and dynamics
  • Have worked in sports, media, or ad tech environments
  • Enjoy building scalable processes and templates from the ground up
